Our Business
TGU runs food and beverage operations in airports and travel hubs. Traditional airport dining tends to work the other way around: sites are taken as they come, and the same handful of brands turns up in every terminal. We start from the terminal instead. We look at who travels through it and when, build a brand mix to match, and then operate those sites ourselves. Curating, composing and operating as one process is what makes the model work for travelers, brand partners and airports at the same time.
